Will Ferrer founded MosaicInvest Capital to unite the two perspectives that have defined his career: the discipline of the equity analyst and the firsthand judgment of the technology operator.

He began in sell-side equity research at Lazard Capital Management, spending three years analyzing public companies after earning his B.A. from Amherst College. He then spent roughly a decade in strategy and operations management at private and public technology firms across Massachusetts — bracketing an M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Management — developing a ground-level understanding of how technology businesses create value, compete, and scale.

For the past four years, Will has actively managed personal and family capital, refining the thesis-driven, evidence-based process that now anchors the fund and its proprietary research platform.

He has passed Level I of the CFA Program and holds the Series 65, qualifying him to register as an investment adviser representative. He is based in Boston.
